Ive ran the site for malware like twice. It isnt malware. I trust Zeedith to NOT give the entire TG server malware. They aint done amything for me to NOT trust em.

Try using https://zerr.cc/ instead of http://zerr.cc/ if you use the version that is http (Notice the missing "s" meaning secure) your browse will call it "Insecure" because someone can intercept your traffic to the server. That's an issue on your end.
